Brief History
Robert W. Hayes Company, Inc. was established in 1976 by Robert W. Hayes and purchased in 2001 by Brian D. Cooper, P.E. and Vincent A. Pilato, P.E. who were both long time employees of the company. The company is an independent manufacturers' representative for commercial and industrial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. A division of the company, Virginia Specialty Service, was formed in 2002 to provide service and repair.
Mission Statement
Robert W. Hayes Company, Inc. exists to meet the needs of its customers by; being a source of information and a problem solver for engineers, contractors and end users; providing equipment and parts along with service and support after the sell; working in conjunction with the manufacturers to provide the highest level of customer service available.
